The project prompt was to create a calendar; it's function and form was completely up to us. 

Thus I created a bilingual calendar centered around iconic and culturally significant female singers in the Arab world. The calendar was composed of a set of 52 cards (1 card per week). On the front of each card was the week, the singer's name, and the month. The back of the card carried information about singer's life, career and cultural significance as well as a QR code that leads to a curated playlist featuring the month's artist. Every week you explored a facet of the singer's life and music.
